Do you have the skills to become a cricket umpire?

This season we would like to have at least one independent umpire overseeing all first division games. There are enough umpires living in the Limassol area but none at all in Larnaca or Nicosia. I you feel you have four hours free on a Sunday morning, and want to watch some good cricket from the best spot on the field, then let us know. If you live in or are prepared to travel to Larnaca and Nicosia, then so much the better. Normally umpires would be paid £10 for their services. Barry Allison, a UK qualified umpire, is giving a course on umpiring. This is set for Wednesday evening (April 27th) in Limassol.
