DEKHELIA

The home ground for the Larnaca based teams, Dekhelia cricket ground is within the perimeter fence of the army complex. This gives extra problems of security for both the army and the cricket teams.

The entrance to the base is on the beach road opposite the fish and chip shop. Take the Dekhelia turnoff from the Aynic motorway. Go straight to the beach road roundabout. Take a left and straight along the beach road until you reach the base entrance on the left hand side. It is always best if the team arrives together so0 that no team member is left stranded at security.
