In an exciting development, Cyprus Cricket is pleased to announce that it will be live streaming 2020 CCA #BAOGroup T20 Cup games from Ypsonas ground.
A very thrilled Cyprus Cricket Association Chairman, Muhammad Husain commented "Electronic media and sports have been partners since the early days of radio. This partnership grew further with the live transmission of games through television. However, the revolution that the advancement of internet has brought provides even greater opportunities. At Cyprus Cricket, we are now in a position to take more advantage of this opportunity by providing live streaming of cricket games from Ypsonas ground. We believe this will create more excitement amongst the players, will bring the players and their families more closer, and will help players showcase their talent to wider audience."

"Live streaming is becoming more important not only to raise the profile of the game but also as an additional offering to the sponsors. Cyprus will be hosting the Dream XI European Cricket Series later in the year and internet connectivity at the ground was one of the requirements to host the event. Moreover, to keep the audience involved that cannot attend the games because of reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic were the significant factors inclining us to Go Live!"
"There were quite a few hurdles which were preventing us from going live, however, with the adoption of new anti-corruption code, sorting out the power supply issues, and connecting with the internet service provider with appropriate infrastructure, we believe we are in a position to provide a win-win situation for everyone involved with Cyprus Cricket."
