Mustangs won the toss, and elected to put Epi, who are still searching for their first win of the season, into bat. A tight bowling spell by Happy led to Episkopi struggling at 20/3 after the fifth over and to only 42/3 at the half way mark of their innings. The big hitting Andrew Spring still remained, who was then joined by Andrew Mulkern (37*) at the crease. The run rate slowly increased, aided with an abundance of extras, until Spring was run out for a defiant 30. With a couple of big hits at the end, Episkopi had given themselves a target of 119 to defend.
Mustang's openers came into bat, and were put under some pressure with some accurate left arm swing from Richard Crossley, and the pace of Azan Baig. The dangerous Rupinder was caught behind from the bowling of Spring, and at the half way mark, Mustangs only had one run more than Episkopi at the same stage of their innings. A few more wickets fell, with William, making his début, bowling with good accuracy and pace, which brought Happy in to bat. Again, aided by numerous extras, Happy managed to steer his side to victory, with an over remaining - 120/6.
